Just ask: a chat on every page, a new Home, and a new portal
Ask about any job or candidate from the page you're on. Home opens on what needs you next, ⌘K gets you anywhere, job templates carry a job's setup to the next one, and searching your talent pool is now free.
Ikke skrevet på norsk ennå, så dette er den engelske versjonen.

The portal looks different today. Your jobs and candidates are where you left them, but the menus aren't, so the list of what moved is further down. The blog post tells the whole story.
New
- Ask Vouch, on every page. The button sits in the left rail, and in the menu on a phone. It knows the job or candidate you have open, and it can read your jobs, candidates, conversations, meetings and publishing. Answers come back as cards with the real records in them, and several candidates line up side by side.
- First drafts where you work. Ask for a job post from the brief, a scorecard from the post, or stages from the scorecard. Each change shows as its own row that you can leave out or put back, and Revert undoes it. You check it and you save it. Notes about a job, your company or how you work go in by themselves, with Revert on the card.
- You stay in charge. It writes, you check it and you save it, and you can do all your work without it. It will do more and more for you from here.
- Home. Opens on at most three things that need you: a review backlog, unanswered replies, offers gone quiet, missing scorecards, interviews in the next 48 hours, a new job's first candidates, and people in process who haven't heard from you in 21 days.
- ⌘K on every page (Ctrl+K on Windows). Shows the same list, then jobs, clients, candidates and pages as you type. Describe someone and it hands over to Smart search.
- Job templates. Save a job as a template and choose what to keep: job post, scorecard, application form, stages. Start a new job from one, or copy single parts into any job. Copies are made on use, so editing a template leaves jobs you already started alone.
- Clients, projects and placements, for agencies. Owners and admins keep every client in one place: status, last contact, calls logged in one line, who is who on the client's side, and a record of every change. A project follows the deal from lead to won, and its roles become draft jobs. A hire creates a placement. It's switched on workspace by workspace, so ask us if you don't see it.
Where things moved
- Dashboard is now Home, and Job positions is now Jobs.
- Each job has its own menu: Candidates, Define, Attract, Analytics and Settings. Screening is its own row above In process, and the Table and Kanban switch is gone.
- Status, project and people on a job sit in one dropdown on the job's name.
- Search, filters and sort are in the top line of the page.
- Menus open when you click, not when you hover.
- Settings is one menu, personal first, and reopens the page you last had open.
- Talent Pool holds Candidates, AI search, Imports and Data retention. Meetings holds Calendar and Setup.
- Inbox has rows for Conversations, Needs your reply, Unsent drafts, Draft candidate changes and Sourcing inbox.
- Save moves with a message as drafts is now in the job's Advanced settings.
Improved
- Searching your talent pool is free. AI search on a job and Smart search now share one setup. Full evaluations are unchanged.
- Calmer candidate board. Stage colour is now a dot. Empty stages, Hired and Out of process start folded, your choice is remembered per job, and a folded stage still takes drops.
- Job setup has no fixed order. Work on the pages in any order. Publishing needs only a job post.
- Publishing, rebuilt. The link comes first, then where the job is in three groups, and one way to publish somewhere new.
- Sent messages show the mailbox. The timeline shows the recruitment mailbox as the sender, and hovering shows who sent it. Plain-text email keeps its paragraph breaks.
- Esc closes the open candidate and clears the selection on candidate boards.
- Accepting a Lookout prospect now lets you pick the start stage, like the other ways of adding someone.
- Application received template can use company, client and agency names.
- Meeting summaries handle more languages.
- A connect form has its own page, and the public API returns its address as
connectUrl.
Fixed
- AI search on an empty job. A job with no post, brief or scorecard no longer offers a run. It used to charge and rank people on the title alone.
- Booking windows. The last day of a window ignored calendar busy times.
- Share links. Several fixes, including which tabs a link can show.
- Salary in the job post editor now shows as the ad prints it.
