vouch

is the ATS with an assistant on the inside.

Vouch and Workable

Who are you?

Workable lets agencies in. Vouch is built for them.

In Workable an agency is a guest in an employer’s account, seeing the jobs it is invited to. In Vouch the agency is the account: a space for each client, jobs in the client’s name, and a shortlist the client opens with one link.

Candidates know who is behind the job.

On a client’s job, the privacy notice says the client is hiring and that your agency runs the process for them, and on what grounds you hold their data.

VPrivacy notice for Vindfall

You are applying for a role at Vindfall. Kompass, which runs recruitment on behalf of client companies, is operating this hiring process on Vindfall’s behalf.

Kompass runs recruitment on behalf of client companies. When you apply or are referred for a role at one of its clients, the prospective employer relies on pre-contractual measures to assess you, while Kompass processes your data under its legitimate interest in running the recruitment process for that client.

Agencies who put their name to it.

Workable is built for hiring anywhere. Vouch is built for hiring here.

Workable is a broad, self-serve ATS with HR on the same system, and agents that can move applicants along by themselves. Vouch is made in Oslo for Nordic teams: Norwegian and Swedish for candidates, Finn, NAV and The Hub built in, and an assistant that sorts and explains while a person decides.

What you keep

What you gain

Where Workable fits better

  • You hire in many countries, and want 200 job boards from one place
  • You want HR on the same system: employee records, time off, payroll exports and e-signature
  • You would rather pick from a public price list than agree a package in a call

The assistant sorts. A person says no.

Vouch reads every application and sorts the list, but it never turns anyone down. When you reject someone, it drafts the message and waits for you to read it, and the reason stays with the candidate.

Communicate rejection with candidate?

Hi Petter, thank you for the conversation on Tuesday. We have chosen to go on with candidates who have run key accounts in energy, which this role needs from the start. We are grateful for the time you gave us.
