vouch

is the ATS with an assistant on the inside.

Vouch and Teamtailor

Who are you?

Teamtailor has no clients in it. For an agency, they are the job.

Teamtailor is a good ATS for a company hiring for itself, built around its own employer brand. An agency hires for others, so each client needs its own jobs, its own career page and a shortlist it can open. In Vouch, a client is part of the system.

A client is part of the system.

Create a space for each client. Its jobs carry the client’s name and logo, with your agency underneath, on a career page at the client’s own address. The privacy notice tells candidates you run the process on the client’s behalf.

Moving from Teamtailor.

We run the move with you, and you can start with one client while the rest stays where it is. Branchy, an agency in Oslo, made this move and built its pool afresh.

Vouches for Vouch

Agencies who put their name to it.

Teamtailor is built to look polished. Vouch is built to help you choose.

Both give you a career page on your own domain, and both publish to Finn and NAV. Where they part is after someone applies: Vouch reads every application, keeps each record current by itself and keeps your colleagues moving.

A career page too.

On your own domain, in your colour, under your own cover image. Add the sections your team wants to show, from quotes and faces to a video, and every open job is listed on it.

And after someone applies, the record keeps itself.

A past applicant answers your email. Nobody types anything: Vouch reads the reply, sets the follow-up date and the salary expectation, and marks each as its own. A CV that does not match LinkedIn is flagged the same way.

Thanks for thinking of me. I am happy where I am until the spring, but try me again in March. For the right role I would look for around 850,000.
