Two new ways to hand someone access to candidates without adding them as a user, plus a kanban board that stopped waiting on you.
New
- Share links. Generate a link that grants scoped, interviewer-level access to a listing's candidates. No account, no invite, no email sign-in. Set an expiry, add a password if you want one, and revoke or rotate it any time. Revoking kills active sessions, not just future clicks on the link.
- Share a whole stage. Grant access to everyone in a kanban stage, not just the candidates picked today. Anyone who reaches that stage later is included automatically, from a new "Share access to this stage" option on the column header.
- AI evaluation prefill from a meeting. Evaluating from a vouch now offers the same AI prefill as evaluating from an event. Pick a past meeting or add a new one on the spot, and Vouch streams a draft into the scorecard and comment while you watch, with or without scorecard ratings.
- A warning before a listing expires. Vouch now tells you in-app, by email, or in Slack about 24 hours before a live listing goes offline, so it doesn't lapse by accident.
- Turn off external calendar conflict checking. Hosts can clear their conflict-calendar selection so only Vouch bookings count as busy, useful if a personal calendar was blocking slots it shouldn't. Vouch bookings still always block, regardless of this setting.
- The sourcing inbox and bulk import update live. New candidates from a forwarded email or an in-progress import now show up without a manual refresh.
Improved
- Kanban drag-and-drop. Dragging a candidate to a new stage moves the card immediately with a small loader, instead of a full-board spinner, and rolls back cleanly if the move fails.
- File viewer. PDFs and images can now be expanded to a fullscreen view.
- Cloning candidates between listings. Choose whether comments, events, and interview events come along, instead of all or nothing.
- Agency listings table. Sort by when a listing was last activated or last edited, with both dates shown in the table.
Fixed
- Forwarded candidate emails with an unusual reply-to address no longer fail to file.
- Dragging a candidate on kanban no longer crashes if the drag state goes stale.
- The archive dialog no longer opens underneath an open delete confirmation.
- The candidate pool no longer duplicates or drops rows on infinite scroll.
