The biggest Vouch update since April. Candidate search and screening is rebuilt around your team's accumulated knowledge, a new Analytics section shows how your process actually performs, and candidates get real control over AI processing.
New
- AI candidate search built on your history. Describe a role in plain language: the skills, experience, and location you need, and the things you want to avoid. Vouch evaluates your entire talent pool against it and returns a ranked list, with a short explanation of why each candidate placed where they did. The evaluation uses more than the CV. It draws on your notes, past placements, and previous interactions, so the results reflect what your team already knows. Candidates who apply through job boards like Finn, Arbeidsplassen, and The Hub are evaluated against the same criteria automatically.
- Search across languages. A search written in Norwegian now finds candidates whose profiles are in English, Swedish, Finnish, or Dutch, and the reverse. Vouch expands your search terms across six language families behind the scenes. A strong candidate no longer stays hidden because their profile is in a different language than your query.
- Pipeline analytics. A new Analytics section shows how candidates actually move through your process: a flow chart of every stage transition, time to offer, time to hire, and average time spent in each stage. If you have ever been asked "how long does our hiring actually take?", this answers it with data instead of a guess.
- Marketing performance for your listings. See where applicants come from: which channels, which referral sources, which devices. Useful for deciding where to spend your posting effort.
- Candidates can opt out of AI processing. Applicants can decline AI review directly in the application form, as GDPR gives them the right to. Their application routes to manual review, no AI evaluation runs, and recruiters see a clear flag. Handled at the system level, not as a label.
- Enforced two-factor authentication. Workspace admins can require 2FA for every member. New members are prompted to set it up at login.
- Candidate references. Candidates can add references directly in their application. You configure per listing whether references are required and how many. References show up on the candidate profile and in exports.
- Multiple transcript attachments. Candidates can attach more than one transcript or diploma when applying, for a complete academic record.
- Auto-evaluate top candidates. When resurfacing candidates for a role, Vouch can automatically evaluate a pre-set number of the top matches, so the shortlist is ready when you open it.
- Custom rejection categories. Define your own rejection reasons per workspace, so feedback to candidates matches how your team actually communicates.
- Clients and departments. Business portal spaces can now be marked as a client or a department, so agencies and larger companies can organize hiring the way their org actually looks.
Improved
- Listing statuses. Listings now move through clearer states (Draft, Published, Active, Paused, Archived) with direct controls to pause, archive, or unpublish.
- Candidate filters in saved searches. Filters by job, stage, or tags can be applied inside Smart Search and saved queries, and they stay saved with the query.
- Evaluation everywhere. The evaluation toolbar is now consistent across all candidate tables, with an added Overqualified status and clearer explanations.
- Kanban. An Out of Process column tracks candidates who left the process. Dragging with multiple candidates selected now moves all of them.
- LinkedIn data. Richer extraction of experience, education, languages, and recommendations on candidate profiles.
- Performance. The candidates page loads faster and more progressively, and navigation between sections reloads less.
Fixed
- Auto-evaluation order. Auto-evaluation now always processes the top-ranked candidates rather than candidates in arbitrary order.
- Out-of-process conversations. Email links to conversations with out-of-process candidates open the correct conversation.
- Reordering qualifiers. Moving qualifiers and criteria up and down works reliably.
