Board filters, shared templates, and scheduled bulk sends

A run of pipeline and messaging improvements. You can now filter a board by application answers, share message templates across the workspace, and schedule bulk sends for a future time, with a batch of polish and fixes alongside.

New

  • Filter the board by application answers. Filter a listing's candidate board by how people answered the application questions, with support for text and multiple-choice answers, so the right candidates surface faster in a busy pipeline. Your filters save automatically per listing.
  • Workspace-shared templates. Mark a message template as shared so your whole workspace can use it, browse the templates others have shared, and duplicate any of them to build your own version.
  • Generate templates with AI. Draft and refine message templates with AI directly on the Edit Templates page.
  • Schedule bulk sends. Queue bulk candidate messages to go out at a specific future date and time, so your outreach lands when you want it to.

Improved

  • Social login fills in your profile. Signing in with GitHub, Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft now updates your profile with verified details from the provider, and profile-picture sync is more reliable.
  • A tidier candidate pool. Candidate stages now carry tooltips that explain what each one means, the pool has cleaner spacing and clearer icon buttons, and you only see candidates relevant to their contact status and vouches.
  • Edit rejection details. You can adjust a candidate's rejection details straight from their profile.
  • Translations. Continued accuracy and readability updates across the supported languages.

Fixed

  • AI drafts no longer hang. The message-generation spinner could occasionally get stuck; drafts now appear reliably once they're generated.
  • The board stays put. After you send an invite, the candidate board no longer jumps to a different candidate, so you keep your place.
