How does the vouching actually work?

Anyone can refer candidates to your company if they come across the job you have shared or if they are part of the Vouch network.

But how does it work in practice?

1. A company shares the job with their network

To engage your network, Vouch has built-in campaign features that simplify the tailoring of text and marketing material to different audiences. It also lets companies track where the referrals come from.

2. Someone is vouching for a candidate

It's super simple. The voucher needs only to add a candidate's name and a brief description of why the candidate may be a good fit.

They can also share the referral to the candidate directly.

3. The candidate reviews the opportunity

The candidate receives the referral by SMS or email through Vouch, or directly from the voucher. Before companies see the candidate, the candidate confirms interest in a chat.

The candidate is only required to confirm contact details and add a LinkedIn profile or resume. They may also further enrich their profile, but that's optional to keep the threshold low for acceptance.

4. Companies receive a vouched-for candidate

If the candidate find the opportunity enticing, they will show up in a company's Vouch candidate portal. They are now ready for a chat. Remember that they have not applied in the traditional sense, and the first meeting should be just as much about getting them even more excited about your company.

Good luck engaging networks to help you recruit!
