New features to help make hiring better
Hiring is rarely simple.
You work across multiple clients, each with different roles, brands, and expectations. All while trying to move quickly without losing context or quality.
This latest Vouch release is designed to make that work easier to run day to day. Not by adding more steps, but by making the system clearer, more flexible, and better aligned with how agencies actually hire.
Below is a walkthrough of what’s new, and how it fits together.
Built-in support for multi-client work
For agencies, this release introduces dedicated client management.
You can now:
- Add and manage multiple clients in a dedicated section
- Filter job positions by client
- Create custom job pages for each client
- Control how much agency vs client branding appears

You also have control over where roles are shown:
- On your agency’s listings
- On a client’s careers page
- Or kept internal

This allows agencies to share infrastructure and talent pools, while keeping client-facing experiences distinct.
A more flexible way to create and reuse job listings
Recruiters often hire for similar roles again and again. The new job creation workflow is built around that reality.
When creating a role, you can now:
- Clone an existing listing, including job content, interview stages, questions, and scorecards
- Keep inactive roles as templates for repeat hiring
- Start from scratch when needed, with prompts that help scope the role clearly

Pro Tip: If role scoping happens in conversation, you can also upload a Vouch assistant meeting transcript. Vouch will use that context to generate the role and ideal candidate profile, directly from the discussion with a client or hiring manager.
In addition, you’re no longer forced to configure everything in a job posting upfront. You can create a listing first, then decide whether to:
- Configure the candidate scorecard
- Set up your job post
- Set up the interview flow
- Start sourcing or adding candidates

Vouch will surface reminders about what needs to be done, without blocking progress.
Context-aware sourcing, wherever you work
Sourcing doesn’t happen inside a system. It happens on LinkedIn, across profiles, in the flow of research.
Vouch’s Chrome Extension now supports adding comments while sourcing candidates directly from places like LinkedIn.
This means you can capture context in the moment, like why someone stood out, what raised a question, or how they map to a specific client or role. Those comments travel with the candidate inside Vouch, instead of living in a separate doc or disappearing entirely. The AI assistant can use that context later during screening, resurfacing, and decision-making
For agencies, this matters because sourcing context is often the difference between:
- “We’ve seen this person before”
- And “We remember exactly why they’re relevant now”
Less lost signal. More continuity from first touch to shortlist.

Clear visibility into how intelligence is used
Vouch has been built from Day 0 as an AI-native hiring operating system. This means intelligence is embedded throughout the product. From evaluating candidates, to resurfacing talent, and capturing context from conversations.
With this release, you now have a clear view into how that intelligence is being used.

You can see AI credits broken down across:
- Candidate evaluation: Ongoing, structured assessments as candidates update or respond.
- Talent search & resurfacing: Re-running screening when criteria or scorecards change.
- Meeting assistance: Automatic meeting transcripts that turn conversations into memory.
Each action has transparent pricing and maps directly to a hiring workflow. This makes it easier to understand where value is coming from and how to plan usage across clients.
For those of you who are paying customers, the only change here is better transparency into what you’re using. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Smaller improvements that add up
Alongside these larger changes, we’ve made a range of usability and performance improvements across the product.
The goal is simple: reduce friction, shorten feedback loops, and make it easier to stay in motion.
What this means for agencies
This release isn’t about changing how agencies hire. It’s about supporting how they already work, with more clarity and less overhead.
Vouch continues to act like the partner recruiters wish they had sitting next to them:
- Remembering context across roles and clients
- Helping structure decisions
- Adapting as requirements change
For agencies, that means less setup, fewer workarounds, and a clearer system to manage hiring across every client they support.
Happy hiring,
