Calendar search & content copying

New

  • Calendar search. Filter meetings by host directly from the calendar view, making it faster to find specific bookings without scrolling.

  • Content section copying. Copy individual sections from existing listings or company pages and paste them into new ones. Useful for maintaining consistent job descriptions or reusing content across multiple roles.

  • English (UK) localisation. The product and email templates are now available in English (UK), including localised spelling and formatting.

Improved

  • Candidate sidebar scrolling. The candidate sidebar and communication section now handle overflow correctly, so content no longer gets cut off on smaller screens.

  • Client management terminology. Labels and section names have been updated for clarity and consistency across the client management area.

Fixed

  • Comment and communication counts. The count displayed in the candidate overview now accurately reflects the actual number of comments and communications.

  • Platform stability. A configuration issue that could affect platform reliability has been resolved.

Candidate filtering accuracy

Fixed

  • Candidate matching accuracy. Refined the logic that determines which candidates appear in a listing's candidate view. The previous behaviour could surface candidates who were not the right match for a specific listing.

Team Tailor bulk import and inbox improvements

New

  • Team Tailor bulk import. Import candidates directly from Team Tailor into a talent pool in bulk, rather than one at a time. For teams migrating from Team Tailor or running both systems in parallel, this significantly reduces the manual work involved.

Improved

  • Row selection in Inbox and Pending Actions. Selecting rows is now more accurate and behaves consistently across both pages.

  • Candidate name display. Names are now displayed more clearly on candidate cards in the talent pool.

  • Candidate Pool navigation. Tooltip styling in the navigation has been tidied up.

Team Tailor integration and business listings

New

  • Team Tailor API integration. Direct API connection to Team Tailor for importing candidate data, laying the foundation for the bulk import capability released the following day.

Improved

  • Business listings. Enhanced company information display and filtering options within the Business Listings view.

  • Candidate claiming. The logic that determines when a candidate can be claimed has been made more accurate and reliable.

  • Resume URL validation. Resume links are now required to use HTTPS, improving security and consistency.

Fixed

  • Colour selection error handling. The colour picker in listings now handles errors gracefully rather than failing silently.

25 February 2026

Custom listing locations, Google Calendar improvements, and table layout

New

  • Custom listing locations. Listings can now have their own location set independently from the company's default, including an on-site employment type option. Location selection uses a modal with address search and a map view.

  • Comment edit tracking. The number of times a comment has been edited is now tracked and recorded, giving a clearer audit trail for activity on a candidate's profile.

Improved

  • Business Listings table. The table layout has been updated for better visual consistency, with improved text display and overflow handling in cells.

  • Candidate management. UI consistency improvements across the candidate management area.

  • Google Calendar error handling. If calendar events fail to load, the error is now handled more gracefully rather than blocking the calendar view entirely.

  • Pylon chat widget. Improved reliability for the in-app chat widget, particularly around token-dependent initialisation.

24 February 2026

Candidate consent tracking

New

  • Consent tracking for talent pools. When a candidate is added to a talent pool, their consent status is now recorded and stored. This supports compliance requirements around candidate data and GDPR.

23 February 2026

PDF naming, navigation, and layout improvements

Improved

  • PDF file naming. When a PDF is downloaded from the candidate view, the filename now includes the candidate's name and document type, making it easier to manage files outside of Vouch.

  • Candidate listings navigation. Navigation between candidate listings is now clearer and more reliable.

  • Listing performance page layout. Improved responsiveness and layout consistency on the listing performance view.

20 February 2026

Company profile editing

Improved

  • Company information editing. Section-by-section editing of company profiles is now more reliable, reducing the chance of errors when updating individual fields.

19 February 2026

Open files in a new tab

New

  • Ctrl/Cmd+click to open files in a new tab. Hold Ctrl (Windows/Linux) or Cmd (Mac) while clicking a file or resume link to open it in a new browser tab, so you don't lose your current place in the candidate view.

17–18 February 2026

Self-service subscriptions, PDF viewing, qualifier reordering, currency switching, and more

New

  • Self-service subscription management. Upgrade or downgrade your Vouch plan directly from within the product. No need to contact the team for plan changes.

  • Integrated PDF viewing. PDFs now open inline in Vouch. You can review CVs, cover letters, and other documents without downloading them first. A download button is available from the viewer when you need it.

  • Qualifier reordering. Drag qualifiers into whatever order best reflects how you prioritise them for a given role. The order is saved and applied consistently.

  • Currency switching. Change the currency associated with a role directly from the listing. Useful for cross-border searches or international clients.

  • Calendar time slot intervals. Set a custom interval between your available time slots in calendar settings, giving candidates more or fewer options depending on your preference.

  • Copy availability across days. Select multiple days in the availability editor and apply the same time slots to all of them at once, rather than setting each day individually.

  • Spaces page search and sorting. Search and sort within the Spaces page to find the right workspace faster.

  • Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and English (UK) localisation. Initial localisation support for these languages, expanded and refined in subsequent releases.

Improved

  • Authentication system. Moved to a new underlying auth system for more reliable login flows, including improved session handling and magic link sign-in.

  • Profile updates. Updating your name and personal information is now more reliable and consistent.

  • Candidate management page. State is now preserved in local storage so your view persists across sessions.

  • Vouching reward calculations. Rewards are now only calculated and assigned when vouching is actually enabled for the relevant listing.

  • Job Analysis Chat. More reliable when generating suggestions, with better error handling for edge cases that previously caused crashes.

  • Translation quality. Accuracy and consistency improvements across all translated strings.

Fixed

  • Magic link sign-in. Resolved issues that could prevent magic link authentication from completing successfully.

  • Instagram in-app browser crash. Fixed a crash that occurred when opening Vouch from within Instagram's browser on iOS.

  • Avatar styling. Corrected alignment and sizing for avatars in the company candidate card view.

  • Tables and quota display. Fixed rendering issues in subscription quota and table views in settings.

  • Page redirects. Resolved incorrect redirects that could occur during certain authentication flows.
