Part-time or Full-time Developer
We're looking for a part-time or full-time developer to join our team and work on our Vouch network recruitment platform. You'll work closely with our designers and senior developers, and you'll be asked to take responsibility for certain parts of our product and user journeys.
As a early startup, you will get an opportunity to truly shape a product, try new technologies and build something you can be proud of. You'll be joining a rockstar team, where we focus on transparency, alignment and velocity.
We work purely in Typescript (Next.JS, Prisma, TRPC stack). We avoid overly complex process with the whole agile "process management".

A day in the life of a developer at Vouch
Work with awesome people, to build an amazing product
You'll be working with our designers and senior developers to prioritise and brainstorm together the solution to the key user problems. We focus on jobs to be done, and focus on how the users can benefit from a feature vs just the technology behind it.
Learn from customers and users needs
We believe to build a great product, you have to understand our customers and users's needs. Then we come up together what is the best way to solve that problem.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of software systems. We have global ambitions, so we need to do things that scale, even when prototyping.
Probably some bug fixing... We are a start-up, after all.
Troubleshoot and debug issues that arises. It's an amazing thing that we have a lot of passionate users to share feedback with us.
