About the Role

Alva is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join them as their Chief Hardware Officer (CHO). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the hardware team in designing, developing, and optimizing our smart electrical panels and integrated systems.

Lead Hardware Development

Lead the hardware team in designing, developing, and optimizing smart electrical panels and integrated systems.

Oversee Product Lifecycle

Oversee the entire hardware development process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and reliability.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Collaborate closely with the software and product teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Drive Innovation

Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance product offerings.
