Highlights
Relevant experiences
Experience with physical products, supply chain management and/or commercialization
Higher education and at least 3 years of work experience
Able to travel globally (2-5 times per year)
Familiar with CNC, mold and welding production
Experience with any type of series production
Experience with sourcing manufacturers
Experience with startup / scaleup companies is an advantage
Nice to Have
Structured, process driven and focused
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Team player, friendly, and reliable with high integrity
Enjoy working with external companies
Practical and pragmatic, with the ability to meet both short and long term deadlines
Advanced English and preferably Norwegian/Danish/Swedish

Lead the Supply Chain
Take charge of our end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and production planning to inventory management and distribution. You'll be the maestro orchestrating the flow of our innovative fitness products to gyms worldwide
Build Global Partnerships
Forge strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners across the globe. Your knack for negotiation and building win-win collaborations will be essential
Drive Production Efficiency
Optimize production costs without compromising quality. You'll work closely with our design and engineering team to explore innovative solutions for materials, design, and manufacturing processes
Ensure Top-Notch Quality
Establish and maintain a robust quality assurance system, ensuring that every product meets our high standards. You'll be responsible for identifying and addressing any quality discrepancies
Shape the Future of Fitness
