1-3+ years experience in customer success, management or technology consulting

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience from Excel, Power BI or similar

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be leading customer relationships and ensuring that our customers achieve their goals. You will manage medium to large customers, work with CPOs, CFOs, Sustainability Managers, and identify opportunities for commercial growth. You will work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing to improve customer experience. This role requires an analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer goals and needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer engagement and value
Manage medium to large customers and drive customer engagement and value
Ensure customer retention
Develop and execute strategic customer success plans to ensure customer retention
Unlock more value for the customers
Collaborate with Sales on up- and cross-sell opportunities to unlock more value for the customers
Improve customer experience
Collaborate with Product to improve customer experience and the future of the Ignite platform
