What You Bring

7+ years of experience across B2B SaaS demand generation, performance marketing or closely related roles.
Proven track record of building, not just maintaining, demand generation engines from the ground up.
Ability to think commercially, connecting marketing investments to qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
Highly hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), web analytics (GA4, GTM), and CRM-based attribution.
Deep understanding and practical experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), lifecycle marketing, nurture programs, retargeting, and continuous experimentation.
Strong understanding of SEO and AI-mediated discovery to own strategy and direct specialist resources.
Comfortable testing aggressively, learning quickly, and adapting strategies based on data.
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership teams.
Fluent in English.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in legal, financial services, or another regulated profession.
Early-stage B2B SaaS experience.
International demand-generation experience.
Fluency in French, Khaleeji Arabic, or Swiss German.

As the Manager, Demand Generation at Laine, you will be accountable for our contribution to qualified pipeline. This means continuously testing and improving how we acquire, convert, and nurture the right buyers. You will define who we should reach, how we reach them, what earns their attention, and what converts that interest into meaningful sales conversations. Your insights will directly inform where we should invest more—or less—to drive growth in a rapidly evolving market.
