Highlights
Need to have
M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Process Engineering, Materials, Petroleum Technology, or equivalent, with strong fundamental understanding in chemistry.
Solid academic record.
Genuine curiosity for real-world chemical and operational challenges, beyond theoretical knowledge.
Strong analytical skills to translate data and calculations into practical decisions.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and a valid EEA work permit.
Nice to have
Relevant experience from internships or summer jobs in oil & gas, chemicals, water treatment, or process industries.
Experience with lab-based theses related to scale, corrosion, flow assurance, or analytical chemistry.
Working knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI; experience with Python/R or simulation tools (e.g., ScaleSim, OLGA/ScaleChem) is a plus.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, taking ownership of deliverables and driving improvements.
Clear and concise communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams (operations, vendors, engineers).
Comfortable with offshore environments and eager to gain hands-on operational experience.
