Highlights
Need to have
Master’s degree in Industrial Economics, Data Science, Cybernetics, Computer Science, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Basic data processing skills (SQL, Python or equivalent).
Strong understanding of data analysis and data structuring.
Fluent in both Norwegian and English for professional communication and collaboration with operational teams.
Holds a valid EEA work permit.
Nice to have
Experience from internships, summer jobs, or academic projects within data, engineering, digital twin, or AI.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Python, and SQL for developing dashboards, analyzing data, and building automations.
Curiosity about how data is actually used in practice, motivated by solving concrete operational problems.
Structured and analytical approach, collaborating actively with domain experts.
Eagerness to connect systems, understand complex relationships, and deliver practical value from data.
