Highlights
Need to have
M.Sc. degree in Petroleum, Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Technical / Social Safety, or a similar relevant engineering field.
Strong fundamental engineering understanding with curiosity for complex, real-world operational challenges.
Strong analytical skills, capable of connecting technical calculations and data to practical decisions.
Fluency in English for professional communication.
Valid EEA work permit and eligibility to work in Norway for the full duration of the program.
Eagerness to spend time offshore, gaining hands-on experience in operational safety.
Nice to have
Demonstrated special interest or experience in technical safety, risk management, or safety systems (e.g., through studies, internships, or projects).
Familiarity with risk analysis tools and methodologies, or the ability to quickly learn them.
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of learning and deliverables.
A collaborative team player, eager to share knowledge and contribute to a shared mission.
A drive to continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo for better solutions.
Clear and concise communication skills for effective engagement with multidisciplinary teams.
