Our offering
As a graduate at Aker BP, you will have an unique opportunity to launch your career in a highly skilled environment with significant impact. You will join a company at the forefront of digitalisation, actively leveraging AI and new technologies to develop smarter ways of working and shape the future of energy.
Through our structured graduate programme, you will work closely with experienced professionals, take ownership of real-world challenges, and contribute to meaningful projects. We believe AI will transform how we work, make decisions, and create value and we want our graduates to be part of driving this transformation.
We are looking for curious, motivated, and eager-to-learn individuals who want to challenge established ways of working and help shape how people and technology create value together in the future.
Aker BP uses AI-assisted review as part of the recruitment process. AI is used to structure and summarise information – all decisions are made by people. Please ensure that the documentation you submit only contains personal data that is necessary and relevant for assessing your qualifications and for completing the recruitment process. Do not include or share personal data that is not relevant, or that Aker BP does not need to access or process.
