About the job
We are seeking an adaptable and proactive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, focusing on building strong talent pipelines and fostering a world-class candidate experience. You'll be a key player in shaping how we attract, assess, and onboard the people who will drive our mission forward.
Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries, from shipping to tech.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.
Build and actively engage with talent communities through various online and offline channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define clear role requirements, and act as a strategic advisor.
Continuously analyze and optimize processes to enhance our effectiveness.
