As a GTM Systems Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in optimising our Go-To-Market strategies through system management and automation. Your work will directly impact our sales and growth across all active Singa markets by enhancing efficiency and driving pipeline generation.

This is a newly created position and it comes with a running start. We’ve been running outbound through an external agency and generated real pipeline from it. This role brings that ownership in-house. You’re inheriting a working motion and will be expected to improve it, scale it, and make it your own.

The responsibilities below reflect what we’re looking for today, but we expect the role to evolve and we’re open to shaping it based on the right person’s strengths and where the biggest impact can be made.

You’ll report directly to our CCO and work closely with our Operations AI Engineer on GTM stack development. Day to day you’ll collaborate with our growth team — a sales and marketing group spread across Finland, the UK, and the US.

This role is based in Helsinki. We’re looking for someone to join our Finnish office in line with our hybrid model.

Outbound Execution

• Run and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Identify and test new outreach automations for LinkedIn and Meta as our motion scales.

• Manage sending infrastructure: ensuring domain health, proper warmup, deliverability, and low bounce rates.

• Write and continuously A/B test subject lines, email copy, and messaging variants across all channels.

• Report weekly on key metrics including reply rate, meetings generated, opportunity creation, and pipeline value.

Lead Generation and Enrichment

• Build and maintain workflows in Clay (or similar tools) for ICP targeting, contact enrichment, and list hygiene.

• Source and qualify prospect lists across our global markets.

• Maintain high data quality standards upstream of HubSpot.

CRM Hygiene

• Keep HubSpot pipeline data accurate, including deal stages, contact records, and activity logging, in collaboration with sales & customer success teams.

• Support GTM stack automations developed by the Operations AI Engineer.

GTM Intelligence

• Actively monitor the B2B GTM landscape: staying updated on new tools, tactics, channel shifts, and automation trends.

• Keep the team informed of relevant developments and provide concrete recommendations.

• Proactively implement beneficial strategies for Singa.

Iteration and Improvement

• Run structured experiments on targeting, messaging, and sequence design.

• Document successful strategies, discontinue ineffective ones, and rapidly implement improvements.

• Report results to the CCO with clear before/after metrics.

Work Model
Hybrid: In the Helsinki Capital Region, we aim for a hybrid setup with 2–3 remote days per week. For those living outside the capital region, we typically aim for around five office days per month.
