Proven experience in end-to-end product management, ideally in a B2B context.

About the job
As our B2B Product Manager, you will take the lead in a newly formed sub-team, orchestrating the entire B2B product effort. Your mission is to drive development that significantly boosts sales, customer satisfaction, and retention by creating a product that our business customers consider a key part of their offering. You'll be the crucial link between business objectives, user love, and technical execution.
Define, prioritize, and communicate the B2B product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with strategic business goals.
Drive the end-to-end product delivery process, ensuring features ship on schedule and meet our high-quality standards.
Lead discovery and validation efforts, deeply understanding customer needs to build products they love.
Monitor and analyze key product KPIs and post-release outcomes to ensure measurable business impact.
Serve as the central point of communication, ensuring alignment between development, design, sales, and leadership.

Hitting the High Notes

Your First 6-12 Months on Stage
This role is pivotal in our new product team structure. From day one, you'll be immersed in our B2B ecosystem, building relationships and establishing clear priorities. Your success will be measured by your impact.

**Within 90 Days, you will have:**
* Shown clear progress on improving overall Product KPIs (Cycle time, Weekly releases, Crash-free rate).
* Established strong communication channels with internal teams and external customers.
* Developed a deep understanding of our B2B product portfolio, user needs, and feature landscape.
* Begun to contribute and constructively challenge the current product roadmap.

**Within 6-12 Months, you will have:**
* Successfully launched new B2B features, meticulously measuring their impact on sales, retention, and satisfaction.
* Demonstrated strong product ownership through stellar releases that are on schedule and clearly communicated.
* Become the go-to person for B2B product priorities, ensuring the development team is focused and aligned.
