About the job

ROEST, a leading Norwegian tech scale-up, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive our next phase of growth. As ROEST’s COO, you will be responsible for daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role is heavily focused on people management, requiring a leader who can empower and develop our team while working closely with the founders (CEO and CTO) and department heads on execution.
