About the job

We're hiring a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative for our venture-backed startup. Your mission is to make ~100 daily cold calls to book qualified meetings. You'll work closely with our CRM and have a clear growth path towards more advanced SDR responsibilities like demos and client closings.

Perform approximately 100 outbound cold calls daily to target prospects.

Secure qualified, scheduled meetings for the sales team to take over.

Log all sales activities and update lead statuses accurately in the CRM (HubSpot).

Regularly sync with the Norwegian team for strategic alignment and feedback.

Progress into a demo-ready SDR with provided training and mentoring.
