Relevant experiences

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Excel, including Power Query

Fluent in both English and Norwegian

Nice to Have

Experience with Power BI and ERP/data warehouse systems

Strong analytical mindset and system understanding

About the job

We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our Business Insight and Controlling team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and structured analysis to support decision-making in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will contribute both through your own initiatives and by maintaining and developing existing reporting frameworks, reporting to the Senior Business Controller.

Develop and maintain data structures and analysis frameworks that reduce time from data to insight.

Drive your own initiatives within relevant analysis and reporting areas to support business decision-making.

Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting processes.

Further develop and optimize existing reports, tools, and support the rollout of best practices.

Handle other ad hoc tasks and projects.
