Master’s degree in Finance / DSCG

2–4 years experience in finance, admin or a similar role

Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and financial workflows

Fluent in French and professional English (written/spoken)

Nice to Have

Organized, reliable, and autonomous

Curious and eager to improve processes

Experience with Notion and Google Workspace is a bonus

About the job

As our Finance & Admin Associate, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and supporting the structuring of our admin & finance functions. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and collaborate with external accountants, financing partners and the broader team to ensure our financial and administrative processes are robust and scalable as we grow.

Automate processes for supplier and client invoices.

Support cashflow tracking and build project-based cashflow reports.

Assist with monthly and annual closings and build P&L reports with our accounting partner.

Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers.

Serve as the go-to person for all office-related matters and equipment management.
