Relevant experiences
2+ years of performance marketing experience running digital marketing campaigns via Meta, Google Search Ads, or similar platforms.
You have the interest and ambition to assist and drive marketing activities beyond performance marketing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You have an empirical approach to making decisions: you develop hypotheses and run experiments to test them.
You have an analytical mind and can use data to deeply dissect problems.
You are autonomous, work proactively, and take ownership. You actively expand your comfort zone by exploring new or unfamiliar tasks.
