About the job

Antler's Founder Residency is a 10-week program designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs build and launch their startups. The program provides a curated group of potential co-founders and access to a network of mentors, investors, along with resources and guidance to validate ideas, develop MVPs, and refine business models. Successful founders have the opportunity to pitch to the Antler Investment Committee for pre-seed funding.

About the Residency

About the Antler Founder Residency:

This 10-week, full-time, in-person program in Oslo helps founders make significant progress on their startup journey. The first part of the residency is structured around focused industry sprints, expert input, and hands-on sessions designed to sharpen your idea and accelerate early progress. As the program unfolds, it becomes increasingly unstructured—giving founders full freedom to focus on what matters most, whether that’s finding co-founders, validating ideas, building prototypes, or securing customers. Throughout, the residency provides the resources and support needed to succeed.

Antler Investment Process:

At the culmination of the residency, founders have the chance to pitch their startup to the Antler Investment Committee. Successful pitches can secure a pre-seed investment of €400,000*, along with continued support from Antler's network of investors and partners.

* Investment is in two tranches of
- €100k for 10%
- €300k in follow-on capital
