Relevant experiences
Excellent communication skills, oral and written Norwegian and ideally high proficiency English
5-8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting business or sales roles
Proven track record of driving sales and expanding customer relationships
Comfortable with technology (sourcing/prospecting, CRM, multi-channel digital outreach)
Excellent in-person meeting skills, capable of understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting solutions
Must be driven, proactive, and able to work in a team environment
Nice to Have

Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Strong business sense with strategic thinking skills.
