Relevant experiences

Excellent communication skills, oral and written Norwegian and ideally high proficiency English

5-8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting business or sales roles

Proven track record of driving sales and expanding customer relationships

Comfortable with technology (sourcing/prospecting, CRM, multi-channel digital outreach)

Excellent in-person meeting skills, capable of understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting solutions

Must be driven, proactive, and able to work in a team environment

Nice to Have

Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.

Strong business sense with strategic thinking skills.

About the position

We are a tight-knit sales team and each of us is responsible for building new pipelines, owning, and expanding both new and existing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all parts of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and work closely with our customer success team and in-house and partner consultants.
We foster a culture of continuous learning and development. You should thrive in an environment of collaboration, learning and mentorship.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Isaac Gray.

Key tasks

This is some of the stuff we expect the right person to be doing.
Own the customer pipeline from A to Z
Prospect new customers and book meetings, conduct customer meetings and manage all deal stages and close and follow up accounts. 
Understand customer needs
Map out organizations and key stakeholders, spend time understanding their needs in order to manage accounts better. 
Expand existing customer relationships
The job doesn't stop on closing. A part of the job would be to provide best-in-class service and experience throughout the customer relationship to expand existing relationships.
