3-6 years experience in operations, delivering company vision across departments and units.

Strong organizational skills and structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Experience supporting executive governance (e.g., OKRs, QBRs, KPI reporting).

Familiarity with program plans, RAID logs, and cross-functional coordination.

Exposure to AI tools, automation, or digital workflows to improve efficiency and reporting.

Nice to Have

Dutch language is a plus.

Experience in energy/utility or grid-tech.

Exposure to carve-out, transformation, or M&A programs.

Experience working with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, or BI dashboards.

About the job
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the operational engine for our company's carve-out. Your mission is to establish and run our Program Management Office, ensuring a seamless transition and building the foundations for our early-stage operations through rigorous execution and clear governance.
Lead the carve-out program office, managing all cross-functional workstreams and dependencies.
Establish and maintain a robust governance cadence for the leadership team.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and milestones.
Drive the implementation of our operational framework, including OKRs and RAID logs.
Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring critical initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.

As the PMO / Program Manager, you are the CEO's partner in navigating our transition from a corporate entity to a nimble, high-growth scale-up. You will be responsible for creating the 'operating system' for Nexus Grid, establishing the rhythms, processes, and reporting structures that will allow us to scale effectively. Your primary focus will be the successful execution of the carve-out program, ensuring all dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated, and milestones are hit on time. This is a foundational role with a direct path to shaping the future of our company.
