Relevant experiences

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related analytical field.

Demonstrated strong analytical and academic capabilities.

Comfortable and adept at leveraging AI tools (e.g., various large language models (LLMs)) to enhance research, analysis, and decision-making processes.

Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate them into actionable plans.

Ability to work from our Oslo office, either as a summer intern or part-time alongside studies.

Nice to Have

Previous internship or startup experience.

Demonstrated interest in technology, data, or maritime industries.

Familiarity with Go-to-Market (GTM) or sales processes.

Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Founded in 2023 after winning the FishAI competition, Catchwise combines AIS, catch history, oceanographic data, and machine learning into one fast, dependable platform.

The goal is straightforward: help vessels fill their quotas with less time and fuel.

We work closely with coastal communities and crews, visiting ports and vessels from Tromsø to Austevoll to Reykjavik to Bilbao. Hundreds of vessels use Catchwise every day at sea. Backed by leading Norwegian and international investors, we are expanding across Denmark, Iceland, the UK, the Faroe Islands — and more.
