About the job
This is your chance to be at the heart of the action!
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers for the Splash convention on April 28th. You'll be an essential part of our team, helping us create a seamless experience for Scaling Companies, Career Builders, and Solution Providers as they connect, learn, and grow. This is a unique opportunity to support the Nordic ecosystem, gain event experience, and enjoy the convention.
The day will looks something like this:
09:30-10:00 Team meeting
Full team
Quick connect bringing the team together to review the plan for the day
10:00-11:00 Rigging stage room and registration
Full Team
Practice sign in, decorations, tech test
11:00-19:00 Registration
Short 2-3 hour shifts of guest support - info / registration desk
12:00-13:30 Partner booth rigging
Helping move tables, labelling which partner is where, supporting partners finding their booths
19:00 Downrigging
Putting the room back the way we found it
We have roles and opportunities for everyone, even if you're unable to lift or carry stuff, that's okay, we want to work with you!
