Possesses solid HSE expertise, including a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree. Extensive experience can compensate for formal education.

Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.

Deep understanding of operational environments and working conditions offshore, preferably from the rig or petroleum industry.

Ability and willingness to travel offshore for inspections and follow-ups in Norway.

Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and oral).

High digital literacy and effective use of IT tools.

About the job
We are seeking a Senior HSE Advisor with strong professional expertise and ambitions for further development. You will be a key advisor and support for the organization in operational integrity and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). This role is crucial in ensuring our management systems, procedures, and requirements are followed across all operations. You will monitor and evaluate HSE performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive risk reduction by analyzing HSE data and operational performance.
Provide HSE support to operations by guiding, monitoring, and contributing to development both onshore and offshore.
Represent the HSE function and provide expert support in meetings with clients, authorities, and management.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company's HSE management system.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE initiatives and programs that strengthen HSE performance and safety culture.
Participate in, support, or lead incident investigations as required.
