About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in B2B outbound sales within the unique and adventurous environment of Arctic Coliving. You'll play a key role in attracting companies and teams for unforgettable offsites and group stays at our stunning Norwegian lodges. This is a commission-based role, designed to directly reward your drive and success in contributing to our growth while developing crucial sales skills.

THIS ROLE HAS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS AND CAN EARN THE EQUIVALENT OF A FULL YEAR SALARY OVER THE COURSE OF THE SUMMER. Sorry for all caps, we felt it was worth shouting about 🤑

What You'll Do

Outbound Outreach
Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients (companies, teams, organizations) through calls, emails, and social media to secure group bookings and offsites.

Clearly and persuasively articulate the unique 'work and play' experience and benefits of Arctic Coliving to potential clients.

Pipeline Management
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients from initial contact to conversion, ensuring follow-ups and building relationships.

Strategy & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Arctic Coliving team to refine sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to overall business development.

Skill Development
