As a Community Resident, you'll be the vibrant heartbeat of our Voss Mountain Lodge, embodying the 'work and play' ethos of Arctic Coliving. Your primary role is to be a welcoming ambassador, helping guests feel at home, sharing local insights, and nurturing a connected, international community. You'll spend ~15 hours a week engaging with guests, orienting newcomers, and occasionally organizing light group activities like hikes or communal meals. This is an autonomous role where your social mindset and reliability are key to ensuring a truly inspiring environment for remote workers and adventurers. Beyond your core ambassadorial duties, there are exciting opportunities for additional paid or commission-based work, allowing you to further utilize your skills in areas such as social media content creation or provide help around the property.
