Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a Content Engineer to define the voice and language infrastructure of Sanna. You will define and own everything related to text across the product – from UX writing and onboarding flows to lifecycle messaging, brand and social media communication copy – ensuring a cohesive experience across every touchpoint. This isn’t a traditional content role. We’re looking for someone who operates at the edge of tech and language – someone who can design systems, build agents, and orchestrate tooling that scales quality.This is a foundational role where taste, judgment, and systems thinking matter – and where language directly shapes trust and clarity. We value judgment, craft, and learning velocity over years of experience or specific tools – and you don’t need to tick every box, as long as you’re curious and eager to learn.

What you’ll do

Own and define all language at Sanna
From UX copy and onboarding to landing pages, lifecycle emails, social media, and brand communication.
Design a unified language system
Create tone-of-voice principles, terminology standards, reusable patterns, and messaging frameworks that keep everything aligned.
Enable the entire team to write confidently
Build playbooks, templates, agents, and guardrails so product, marketing, and operations can produce high-quality text – without you becoming a bottleneck.
Build and pilot AI-powered content infrastructure
Set up and refine content workflows, prompt systems, and internal tools that scale clarity and consistency.
Turn complexity into clarity everywhere
Translate accounting logic, regulations, and product mechanics into communication that reduces friction and builds trust.
Continuously raise the bar
Audit, refine, and evolve Sanna’s voice as we grow — improving clarity, conversion, and perceived intelligence across all touchpoints.
Ensure exceptional written quality in Norwegian and English
