Who we are looking for
Work on live transactions and help scale profitable climate businesses across Europe from day one.
You have a strong foundation in transaction execution and are motivated to take ownership in a hands-on investment role within a small team.
Highlights
Relevant experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, private equity, or strategy consulting with exposure to transaction execution.
Strong analytical skills and solid modelling experience.
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
Enthusiastic about climate and the energy transition, prior experience is not required.
Additional North-West European language skills are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.

Investment Execution
Build and run financial models (DCF, LBO, trading comps).
Support deal execution across all phases of the process.
Prepare investment materials and IC documentation.
Coordinate due diligence and track key workstreams.

Conduct market, company and competitor analyses.
Work with management teams on business plans and growth cases.
Support portfolio monitoring and impact reporting.

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and aligned with market standards for investment roles at this level. It includes a base salary and a performance-based bonus. There is also the potential to participate in the fund’s carry structure after demonstrating strong performance and a good fit within the team.
