About Our Product:
Singa empowers family entertainment centers, cruise lines, and nightlife venues to create unforgettable guest experiences and drive substantial recurring revenue. Today, Singa powers a fast-growing network of over 1,500 venues across Europe and the US.
About the Role:
We seek a driven, organized, resourceful Account Executive (AE) to join our North American sales team. This role is the primary revenue engine of our business. You will be responsible for leading the entire sales cycle and consistently closing new monthly recurring revenue. You will be a trusted advisor to potential customers, helping them realize the full revenue potential of integrating Singa.
This is a remote role that will require regular travel to attend industry conferences, meet key prospects, and collaborate with coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation and Deal Closure:
Strategically source and develop your own pipeline of high-value, target accounts within the FEC, cruise line, and nightlife industries.
Work closely with the SDR team to prioritize and execute handoffs of qualified inbound and outbound leads.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets.
Conduct in-depth discovery calls that clearly identify our customer's pain points, how their organization functions, and how Singa can help them achieve their goals.
Develop, present, and negotiate agreements with key decision makers.
Attend industry conferences and pursue appointments with prospective customers to develop relationships and accelerate deal cycles.
Travel to key markets to perform in-person product demonstations and close major opportunities.
Customer & Data Management:
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities within HubSpot.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handover and launch for new clients, setting the stage for long-term retention and upsells.
Provide market and competitor feedback to inform future strategy.
Qualifications:

3+ years of successful experience as an Account Executive or a similar closing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Exceptional ability to ask great questions, lead product demonstrations, and use professional persistence when following up with busy customers.
Strong business acumen and ability to clearly identify a customer's pain points.
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales automation tools.
Previous tech startup experience working within a small organization (<70 people globally) and the challenges that these organizations face.
An optimistic and tenacious attitude.
Nice to Haves:
Experience selling a technology product into the hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industries.
Previous success within a remote working environment.
Korean and/or Spanish fluency is a big advantage, as many of our customers speak English as their second language.

Interview Process:
We will invite the most suitable candidates to interviews from those that submit one page resumes and cover letters. The interview process will be a three-part interview with the VP of Sales, US, followed by a 1-2 hour homework assignment (e.g., a mock demo or deal strategy), an interview with the Chief Revenue Officer, and peer interviews with members of the current North American team. Our goal is to have a candidate hired by early January.
