Proven experience in backend or full-stack software development.

Proficiency with modern languages; experience with Kotlin is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

Experience owning features from initial concept through to deployment.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

About the job

As a Software Engineer at Netto, you will be a cornerstone of our technical team, shaping the core platform that empowers banks to finance the green transition. This role is perfect for a builder who wants to take ownership of critical features, from backend logic in Kotlin to full-stack implementation, and see their work make a tangible impact in the fight against climate change.

Design, develop, and deploy key features for the Netto platform using Kotlin and Next.js.

Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from technical design to testing and release.

Collaborate with the team to define and build the APIs and data models that power our green finance solutions.

Maintain and improve our infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Contribute to architectural decisions that will shape the future of our technology.
