Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior legal professionals through clear communication and compelling presentations.

Fluency in English.

Ability to work on a hybrid model, based in or willing to commute to Geneva.

Strong proficiency in French or German for client engagement in key markets.

Capacity to translate observed client workflows and challenges into actionable product feedback, directly contributing to the evolution of an AI legal platform.

Role Overview

This is a sales-adjacent role; your job is to walk into a room of senior lawyers, demonstrate that you understand their work better than any salesperson could, and convert that credibility into a decision to adopt Laine. You will work alongside our commercial team on every deal where legal expertise is what tips the balance.

The lawyers you work with are deciding how AI fits into the way they practice. You are the person who makes that answer clear.

You will also be the person who shapes how the product evolves; translating what you see in client conversations into concrete input that directly informs our roadmap. When something doesn't work the way a lawyer needs it to, you are the one who defines what "good" looks like.

What You'll Do

Own the 'legal win' in client conversations, including demos, pilots, and onboarding, where your legal expertise drives adoption.

Build strong credibility with partners and senior lawyers through deep product knowledge and nuanced legal understanding.

Define product improvements by translating observed client workflows and challenges into concrete input for our product roadmap.

⚙️

Help legal professionals adapt their existing workflows to integrate Laine's new standard of practice, guiding them through transformation.

🌍

Collaborate closely with sales and product teams on go-to-market strategies, expanding Laine's reach in Switzerland and internationally.
