About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our expansion into the United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building our US sales strategy from the ground up, driving revenue growth, and establishing Laine as a leader in the AI-powered legal tech space. You'll work directly with our leadership team to shape our go-to-market approach and build a high-performing sales organization.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market.
Build, mentor, and lead a top-tier sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Establish and nurture key relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and channel partners.
Represent Laine at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
