About the job
As our Accountant in Geneva, you will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity. You'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, cross-border consolidations, and tax compliance, while also serving as a strategic partner to leadership, providing the analysis needed to fuel our global expansion in the LegalTech space.
Lead company and group accounting activities, including consolidation in accordance with Swiss and IFRS standards.
Prepare financial and budgetary presentations, owning cash flow monitoring and liquidity planning to ensure projects are well-resourced.
Oversee the full invoicing lifecycle for the group, from validation and payment processing to proactive monitoring of reminders and collections.
Utilize and optimize accounting software (Xero or QuickBooks) to improve the efficiency of the finance department.
Maintain robust financial documentation and ensure all statutory and regulatory reporting deadlines are met.
