We're looking for a talented New York State-based Contract Attorney to join our growing LegalTech team. This isn't a traditional legal role; you'll be at the forefront of innovation, using your expertise to build and refine our AI-powered contract drafting platform. You will be instrumental in ensuring our automated legal outputs are precise, compliant, and of the highest quality, directly shaping the future of accessible legal services.

Draft, review, and revise a wide range of contracts under US law with high autonomy and precision.

Provide structured legal input to support the development and refinement of AI-assisted contract drafting tools.

Identify legal drafting issues and propose improvements to enhance the quality and consistency of contract templates.

Ensure all contractual outputs align with US and New York state legal requirements and best practices.

Operate independently in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating initiative and high attention to detail.
