Proven track record of shipping production-level systems.
Proficiency in a backend language like Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or C#.
Deep understanding of API design and database modeling (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production debugging.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or similar regulated industries.

Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices.

We’re seeking a versatile Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale the core services of our AI-assisted legal drafting platform. You'll work across the backend, from API development and LLM integrations to ensuring performance and reliability, partnering with product and frontend teams to ship secure, high-impact features.
Design, build, and maintain backend services and public/internal APIs.
Integrate external services (including LLM/AI APIs) into robust, user-facing features.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end user experiences.
Improve performance, scalability, observability, and security across a distributed platform.
Own CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to keep delivery fast and safe.
