After as successful launch and fundraising round, we're seeking a highly motivated Growth & Marketing Assistant to contribute to our growth 8-10 hours per week.
This is not a typical part-time position; you will work directly with our CEO, gain invaluable hands-on experience, and play a crucial role in disrupting the traditional sun shading industry. If you're ready for a real challenge, this is it.

About The Role
Billy is a fast-growing startup on a mission to disrupt a 40-year-old industry. We've validated our model and are now entering an exciting scale-up phase. This role gives you a front-row seat to the inner workings of a high-growth startup — working directly alongside our CEO, Mikkel, who has a proven track record of scaling companies to unicorn status.
From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility and execute hands-on growth and marketing tasks across SEO, paid ads, AI optimization, and more. Your mission is simple but challenging: help us win the Scandinavian market.
We budget 8–10 hours per week, preferably split across two weekdays during office hours for smooth collaboration. You’ll work from our WeWork office in Stockholm (where the CEO is based). If you’re located in Oslo or Sandefjord, you’ll work remotely with in-person meetups twice per quarter. Fully remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates in those areas.
Based on performance, this role may scale to more hours, greater responsibility, or transition into a full-time position as Billy grows.

Billy was an instant hit, and we've sold awnings for millions and now raised capital to further scale into 2026.
The team behind Billy is both technical and operational; having hands on experience in the startup environment.
