Deep, hands-on experience with modern web stacks, specifically React/Next.js and Node.js/TypeScript (preferably with NestJS).

About the job
We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our team in Copenhagen. You will be at the forefront of our technical projects, owning everything from architecture to execution. This is a pivotal role where you'll blend modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and innovative AI/LLM integrations to deliver outstanding digital solutions for our clients.
Lead the architectural design and technical execution of projects using React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS.
Develop and integrate cutting-edge AI/LLM solutions into client projects.
Engage directly with clients to define project scope, requirements, and technical strategy.
Ensure high standards for code quality, scalability, and performance through hands-on development and code reviews.
Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure robust and consistent delivery.

More than just a title

The Role: Architect, Builder, Leader

As our Tech Lead, you won't be stuck in meetings or managing from a distance. This is a hands-on role for a true builder who loves to be in the code, architecting robust systems, and seeing them through to launch. You will be the technical authority on your projects, responsible for making key architectural decisions and ensuring your team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions day in and day out.

You’ll build and lead modern web products end-to-end using Next.js/React on the frontend and NestJS (Node.js/TypeScript) on the backend, backed by PostgreSQL and a pragmatic cloud platform (Docker + CI/CD + observability).

A core part of the role is delivering AI-powered features: designing retrieval and tool-based workflows, implementing a reusable LLM gateway (model routing, prompt versioning, evals, and monitoring), and shipping reliable, measurable LLM integrations.

You’ll work directly with clients to translate business needs into technical blueprints, guide delivery, and ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and create real-world impact.
