Relevant experiences

Experience in client management, account management, or similar client-facing roles.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Fluent English proficiency (Full Professional/Bilingual), comfortable leading client calls and meetings.

Nice to Have

Curiosity about the HR domain and global talent solutions.

Proactive interest in exploring and experimenting with AI tools for customer support and engagement.

What You'll Do

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their entire lifecycle.

Manage and coordinate client requests across internal teams (Recruitment, Sales, People Ops, Legal, Finance).

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services (EOR, COR, Recruitment).

Align with clients on requirements, expectations, and any changes.

Proactively monitor ongoing activities and address potential risks or delays.

Support client onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.

Drive issue resolution and maintain clear, consistent communication.

Contribute to improving processes and optimizing platform usage.
