Relevant experiences

Master's in Law and relevant legal experience (in-house or firm).

Ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Interest in labor and employment law.

Experience managing cross-border arrangements.

Experience with managing external advisories, providing clear instructions and cost-effective oversight.

Comfortable collaborating effectively during Central European Time (CET) hours.

Nice to Have

Experience with drafting SaaS contracts.

Experience with EOR providers, including selection, compliance, and troubleshooting.

Enjoys being a legal generalist, taking ownership of diverse legal challenges.

A self-starter with independent judgment, seeking pragmatic, action-oriented solutions.

Passion for legal operations and project management, eager to build scalable systems and processes.

Your legal expertise, our global impact.

What You'll Do

Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and related documentation.

Helping manage international labour & employment matters, including EOR/COR setups and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Partner with People/Operations for compliant and scalable L&E processes.

Work with various commercial agreements, with a strong focus on SaaS contracts.

Improve commercial contracting processes through templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidance.

Support ongoing corporate housekeeping

Assist with new entity setups and financing-related agreements.

Maintain legal templates, playbooks, and self-serve guidance for the business.
