Relevant experiences

6–7+ years minimum in digital product design with demonstrated maturity to handle ambiguity and complexity

Experience from consumer tech products with hardware/software integration (connected home, automotive, industrial products, IoT, mobility - Strong preference if products where physical and digital experiences are deeply connected (not purely software products like streaming services)

Has worked in early-stage, fast-moving product environments (startups, advanced design consultancies, innovation labs within larger companies)

Experience designing for multiple user types and journeys (end customers, installers/technicians, partners/integrators)

Has seen at least one product move through concept → validation → launch → scale

Nice to Have

Strong systems thinking across physical + digital touchpoints

Ability to turn complex systems into clear, intuitive experiences

Proven cross-functional collaboration from concept to build

Highly resilient and humble in fast-moving, high-pressure environments

Job description

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our client, Starflow. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping a cohesive and differentiated user experience across their entire physical and digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for turning complex challenges into clear, trustworthy, and scalable design solutions.

Design execution and delivery

  • Own end-to-end design of customer-facing digital experiences

  • Rapid prototyping and concept exploration

  • User validation and iteration

  • Map and design cross-touchpoint journey

    • Interaction model and Foundational visual language

  • Conceptualize the desired Interaction Model and UX

  • Identify principles for Starflow’ future UI design language

    • Cross functional collaboration

  • Partner tightly with engineering

  • Collaborate with Paul on strategic coherence

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders

  • Facilitate design critique and decision-making
