With over 20 years of cumulative experience and support for 300+ B2B companies, we deliver systematic, data-driven outbound execution, securing pipeline when our clients need it most. Our typical clients are Nordic-origin SaaS and deep-tech companies targeting the US market with complex, enterprise-grade products. We are now building a dedicated US-focused BDR team. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our clients' success, generating qualified pipeline across 2–3 client accounts. This dynamic role involves a blend of high-volume phone outreach and hyper-personalized, insight-led prospecting. Forget single-product SDR roles – this is an agency-style position where no two days are the same, offering unparalleled variety and impact.
Your Impact - What You'll Do
🎯
Own outbound prospecting for 2–3 B2B SaaS/tech clients targeting US enterprise and mid-market buyers.
📞
Make 50–80 cold calls per day — the phone will be your primary tool.
✍️
Write personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) for VP/C-level buyers.
🗓️
Book and qualify discovery meetings using SPICED/MEDDIC frameworks.
🧠
Rapidly learn new product domains, ICPs, and competitive landscapes for each client.
🧹
Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring 100% activity logging on the same day.
