Proven experience designing and implementing a Sales Operations function from zero.

Deep understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for scaling companies.

Hands-on expertise with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Experience leveraging AI in a sales context for personalisation and efficiency.

Has built or significantly scaled functions in early-stage or high-growth companies.

Nice to Have

Experience in EOR, HR tech, recruiting, or global hiring.

Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or Attio’s AI features.

Practical experience working with Pipedrive, including improving lead capture, pipeline setup, and sales workflows to support an efficient and scalable GTM motion.

A natural ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.

A forward-thinking mindset, always exploring new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Highly autonomous and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning teams and stakeholders.

About the job

We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to design and build our entire Sales Ops function from the ground up. You will be the architect of our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, creating a scalable, data-driven framework that fuels our global growth. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a legacy system. You'll work directly with our CEO and CCO, translating high-level strategy into tangible processes and systems. You will have the autonomy to choose the tools, define the metrics, and shape the culture of our sales organization. Design, implement, and own the entire Sales Operations function from scratch.
Develop and scale a data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with leadership.
Build dashboards, forecasting models, health monitors, and alerts to improve funnel accuracy; define ICPs, automate enrichment, track sequences, and optimize SDR → AE workflows.
Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, enhance list building, and ensure clean data.
Design and maintain CRM by setting up data structures, opportunity stages, validation rules, automation, and reporting, ensuring high data qualit
Keep playbooks and messaging up to date, improve sales processes, support onboarding, and ensure teams work well together

You have a solid background in Sales Ops / RevOps / GTM Ops, with experience implementing or owning CRM architecture (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce)
